By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that she purchased a property from the sons of Maruthappa Nainar by way of registered sale deed dated 19.10.1994 in Doc.No.913/94, S.R.O.Valathi, Gingee Taluk and subsequently, a deed of rectification was also executed on 09.03.2004 in favour of the petitioner.

The petitioner apprehending interference from one Vadivel, filed a suit in O.S.No.141/2005 before the District Munsif Court, Gingee seeking for declaration and mandatory injunction and it was decreed on 22.11.2006 and thereafter, the petitioner made an application for issuance of patta and also submitted a representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

03.01.2015 and the second respondent has directed the Inspector (Maintenance), Tindivanam to take appropriate action and the Commissioner of Land Administration has also directed the first respondent vide letter No.K3/4108/2015 dated 06.03.2015 to take appropriate action and since she has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Bhiman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Digvijayapandian, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.01.2015, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2015 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the petitioner and the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner and the persons concerned.
