ORDER

(Order of the Court was passed by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) The case of the petitioners' is that respondents 6 to 15 have encroached upon the public pathway and put up construction. The petitioners' filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment made by respondents 6 to 15 and others in all roads, lanes and streets and the common open places of village and temples in Jagadhab Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District by considering the representation of the petitioners and others dated 23.09.2020.

2. The petitioners' prayer is very vague and they want to remove the encroachment in all the roads, lanes and common pathway, without giving any specification. Therefore, this petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to specify the survey numbers and other details properly and file a fresh Writ Petition.

Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
