Prayer : Criminal Revision case is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.PC to allow the present Criminal Revision case upon setting aside the order dated 14.03.2016 passed by the learned District Munsif - Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam, Tiruvarur District in CrlMP No.1084 of 2016 and consequently, direct the respondent police to handover the petitioner's property pending disposal of the crime No.471 of 2016.

The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that pursuant to the confiscation proceedings, two wheeler was brought for auction and it has already been sold. That apart, the petitioner also pleaded guilty and paid the fine amount in the main case. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
