ORDER

The petitioner prays for a direction to the respondent Police to give Police Protection based on his complaint dated 25.01.2006 for construction of the house in Survey Number 192/4. The averments in the petition reveals that the petitioner has a dispute with his brother pursuant to the partition in the family property. The averments in the petition also suggests that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the second respondent against whom the petitioner seeks police protection.

2.It is also reported by Mr.S.Balaji, learned Government Advocate that S.A.No.22 of 2016 pending between the parties was disposed by this Court by the Judgment dated 13.08.2019. Thus, it is clear that the disputes are purely civil in nature and the prayer sought for cannot be granted. 3.For the foregoing reasons, Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 28.10.2022 Internet: Yes Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order dk 2/4
