ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2694 of 2025 by an order dated 04.02.2025, directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., in connection with Crime No.36 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2694 of 2025 dated 04.02.2025 is relaxed.
