ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the private complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

2.Though various grounds raised to quash the complaint, now the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as against the cheque amount of Rs.6,00,000/-, as per the direction of this Court while granting stay, Rs.3,50,000/- was deposited in the C.C. account on the file of the II FTC, Coimbatore on 23.04.2019 and the accused is ready to pay the balance amount of Rs.2,50,000/-.

3.Learned counsel for the complainant submits that after Rs.2,50,000/- deposited or paid directly, the complainant is ready to compound the offence and withdraw the complaint.

4. Recording the submissions made by the respective counsels, the criminal original petition is disposed of with a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction that the trial court, on the deposit of balance amount of Rs.2,50,000/- by the accused/petitioner herein, the compounding petition, shall be considered and the matter be disposed in accordance with law.
