This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking amendment to incorporate Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Women Harassment Act.

2. In view of the fact that the First Information Report had also been registered on that provision, this amendment petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.3193 of 2024.
