2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2441 of 2025 dated 04.02.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 18.03.2025 vca To The Sub Inspector Of Police, Arni Taluk Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District.
