Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, against the order passed by this Court in M.P.No.3 of 2015 in W.P.No.12406 of 2015 dated 24.04.2015 petition file under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the respondents to pay salary to the petition working as B.T. Assistant(History) in C.S.I St.Pauls Higher Secondary School, Vepery - 600007, Chennai District, w.e.f.19.1.2012 by granting temporary approval.

JUDGMENT

(Delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) This appeal has been filed against the interim order passed by this Court in M.P.No.3 of 2015 in W.P.No.12406 of 2015 dated 24.04.2015. When this appeal was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants has submitted that the said interim order dated 24.04.2015 has been complied with by the appellants and hence the writ appeal has become infructuous.

2.Recording the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, the writ appeal is dismissed as one having become infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
