ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate - IX, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.20891 of 2023 dated 27.12.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the competent civil Court.
