ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.120 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Final Report was filed before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai and the same is pending in C.C.No.3928 of 2022.

3. In view of the same, nothing further survives and this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
