This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take necessary action in CSR No.1075 of 2015, dated 23.09.2015 and file a final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.1075 of 2015 before the respondent police.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
closed under intimation to the petitioner.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
