The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 19.12.2017 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No. 28213 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 19.12.2017 has been complied with and accordingly registered the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2018.
