ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's revision petition filed on 10.08.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner seeks for grant of retirement benefits in the said revision petition.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's 2/5

revision petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's revision petition dated 10.08.2021, if it was taken on file by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
