This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case in the complaint dated 17.04.2015 of the petitioner, investigate the same to file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 17.04.2015 given by the petitioner, enquiry is being conducted by the Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Special Cell, and that the petitioner is not co-operating.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate in the enquiry and the second respondent is directed to take action in accordance with law.
