2. The applicant asserts that item (iv) of the the immovable properties mentioned in 'A' schedule is within the jurisdiction of this court and the respondent is also residing within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of the application, it appears that at least a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, A.No.1838 of 2023 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the respondent before this Court.
