ORDER

The petitioners alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC r/w Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, seek a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (PCR), Nagapattinam, to consider and dispose of their bail application filed by them on the same day of their surrender before the Court in connection with Crime No.78 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

below and are ready to furnish solvent surety in the event of releasing them on bail and they are also ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the nature of the relief sought herein and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (PCR), Nagapattinam, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (PCR), Nagapattinam to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
