ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2020 and pass final orders in the Disciplinary Proceedings pending as against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, on receipt of the explanation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.10.2020, the first respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
