ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members on any civil dispute complaints. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. On a complaint given by one Govindammal and Kanagaraj, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
