Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ in the form of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2016 and to issue electricity connection for the petitioner premises situated at No.28, Vallalar Street, Naravaari Kuppam, Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District bearing Old Survey No.95/6A2, New Survey No.95/9 admeasuring about 2400 sq.ft., situated in the SRO at Red hills. Heard Mr.Nathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner sought for service connection through the representation dated 16.11.2016 to the second respondent, which is still pending for consideration on the premise that there is an objection from the third party.

3.Taking consideration of the pendency of the aforesaid representation, the second respondent is directed to consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and dispose of the pending representation dated 16.11.2016, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and the objector within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
