Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records of the first respondent culminating with the order of detention bearing BDFGISSV No.1435/2014 dated 06.10.2014 passed by the 1st respondent herein detaining petitioner husband Thiru Shyam Kumar @ Danial under section act XIV of 1982 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu Thiru Shyam Kumar @ Danial, son of Neelamegam, Male, aged about 27 years, before this Court, now confined in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and thereby set him at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) The petitioner, who is wife of the detenu herein, viz., Shyam Kumar @ Danial, son of Neelamegam, Male, aged about 27 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the first respondent dated 06.10.2014 against her husband branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Piracy Act 1982 [Act 14 of 1982]. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the first respondent as against the husband of the petitioner herein dated 06.10.2014 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.6359, Home, Prohibition & Excise [X] Department dated 27.11.2014 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
