This petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 22.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 22.04.2015 it is seen that the petitioner has not even given the dates on which the alleged incident had taken place. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner.
