This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents 3 and 4 by sending them to judicial custody, for willful breach of the undertaking dated 12.04.2017 filed before this Court.

2. When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the award amount was received by them and hence, he seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition and also made an endorsement with regard to the same. 2/4
