Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation would submit that as per the direction of this Court, by order dated 13.03.2023, the property in question was inspected and compliance report has also been filed by the Corporation. He would further submit that the petitioner died and he has also stated that in paragraph No.5 of the compliance report dated 06.06.2023. Therefore, he would submit that the writ petition is abated
