It is represented by Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to filing of the present writ petition, the respondents have issued another proceedings vide
R.No.110911/E5/A4/2013 dated 13.08.2015, cancelling the orders dated 18.12.2013, which is impugned in the present writ petition. By virtue of the said proceedings, the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous.
2. In the light of the above, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
