This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 24.11.2015.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. No representation for the petitioner may be due to boycott of Courts. However, in Harish Uppal [Ex.Capt.] Vs Union of India reported in [2003] 2 SCC 45, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that boycott of Courts is illegal and therefore, this Court perused the records and passes the following order:

It is seen that the petitioner is an Advocate and that one Periyasamy, has given a complaint which was enquired into by the police and closed. Now the petitioner has given the present complaint alleging that action should be taken against Periyasamy. In the considered opinion of this Court, the complaint does not disclose commission of any cognizable offence for issuing a direction as prayed for. Hence, this petition is closed.
