Writ Petition No.21590 of 2017 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to extend the petitioner, holding Registration No.11111106, with the benefits mentioned in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.10881/Aa6/2015 dated 04.03.2016 of the 3rd respondent while writing Tamil Nadu Aptitude Test in Architecture - 2017 (TANATA - 2017) scheduled to be conducted by the respondents 1 & 2 on 12.08.2017, considering the physical disorder of the petitioner viz., Attention Deficit Hyper Active Disorder and his representation dated 01.08.2017.
Writ Petition No.18299 of 2017 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the Attention Deficit Hyper Active Disorder of the petitioner and give relaxation to the petitioner from the minimum pass mark to be secured in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA-2017) conducted by the 1st respondent on 15.04.2017 and consequently permit the petitioner to join B.Arch course in the current academic year 2017-2018, within a time frame.

Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, both the writ petitions are closed, as no further order is necessary in these writ petitions, however, making it clear that the benefits given to the petitioner should not be treated as precedent. No costs.
