Respondent Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Chennai to adjudicate and pass orders in the Transfer Securitization Application No.433 of 2023 titled as Mr.Senthil Raja and another v. The Authorized Officer, IDFC First Bank, as expeditiously as possible within three months from the date of such order.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) At the outset, we expressed our view to counsel for petitioners that we are not inclined to entertain the petition. Counsel stated that the matter before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Chennai, is scheduled for 30th April, 2025 and the Court may direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III to dispose petitioners' Transfer S.A.No.433 of 2023 on the next date. Counsel stated that pleadings are completed.

2. Since pleadings are completed, we request the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Chennai, to dispose Transfer S.A.No.433 of 2023 on the next date. No adjournment shall be given to any party.

3. Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.9391 of 2025 is closed. W.M.P.No.9390 of 2025

filed to permit petitioners to file a single writ petition is ordered, inasmuch as petitioners have paid separate court-fee.
