ORDER

The revision challenges the direction issued by the learned Magistrate to register an FIR against four persons named in the order dated 12.02.2026 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 1116 of 2026.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners are not accused in the FIR.

Admittedly, pursuant to the impugned order, FIR has been registered as against four other persons. The petitioners are not arrayed as accused in the said FIR. It is not the case of the petitioners that the direction issued to register the FIR against other persons is erroneous. 2\4

In view of the above, the petitioners cannot be aggrieved by the impugned order.

Hence, the revision stands dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
