ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 09.02.2015 to the 2nd respondent by post.
4.The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 09.02.2015 to the 2nd respondent police along with Wound Certificate and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
