The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the written representation dated 17.12.2013.

2. In the representation dated 17.12.2013, the petitioner called upon the 3rd respondent, viz., the Sub Registrar, not to register any document pursuant to the deed of power of attorney dated 13.12.2013 registered as document No.3955 of 2013.

3. Mr.P.P. Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, submitted that subsequent to the representation dated 17.12.2013, the executant of the power of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

attorney, viz., M.E. Sivagnana Sambandam, has cancelled the power of attorney by a registered cancellation deed dated 25.09.2014, registered as Document No.3176 of 2014 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

4. Since the power of attorney deed itself was cancelled by the parties to the power of attorney, as rightly submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
