ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the cause title of the Respondent No.4 in WP.No.5956 of 2026, as well as the connected WMP.Nos.6487 of 2026 and WMP.No.6491 of 2026 as 'Commercial Tax Officer, Kodambakkam Assessment Circle' instead of 'Assistant Commissioner (ST)(FAC), K.K.Nagar Assessment Circle'.

2. There were certain mistakes in the cause title and therefore this Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the cause title.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petitioner, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 26-02-2026 jas Note: Registry is directed to amend the cause title and list the main case for admission on 05.03.2026.
