ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.06.2015 lodged by the petitioner, investigate the same and to file final report before the appropriate trial Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against her husband on the allegation that he is having extramarital affair and hence, he has unilaterally cancelled the settlement, which he had executed in favour of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner earlier. Since the dispute is essentially Civil in nature, no positive direction can be issued to register a case. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
