ORDER

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the dispute 1 / 3

between the parties has been settled out of Court and to that effect, they have also filed the Memorandum of Settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, dated 14.11.2022. The parties have also filed a Joint Memo, dated 18.11.2022 stating the settlement between the parties, signed by the parties and their respective counsels. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said Joint Memo and Memorandum of Settlement, both of which shall form part of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.Ps. are closed.
