CRIME NO.1753 OF 2020.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. on all working days, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.3578 of 2021 order dated 24.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m, on all working days, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3578 of 2021, dated 24.02.2021. He further submitted that the petitioner has four previous cases, similar in nature.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the petitioner is not complying with the order regularly and also involved in four other cases, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed earlier. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
