Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the Detention order passed by the 2nd respondent pertaining to the order made in No.83/BCDFGISSSV/2024 dated 06-02-2024, in detaining the detenu under section 2(b) of the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982, as a BOOTLEGGER and quash the same and to direct the 4th respondent to produce the detenu Thiru.Raghunathan, S/o.Kasilingam, male, aged about 40 years, who is detained at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

15.03.2024, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
