ORDER
The petitioner claims to be the owner of 1.25 acres of land in Survey No.1064/8 situate at Thiyaranadurgam Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District by way of purchase from his vendor Mr.Marappa. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he has purchased the same through the sale deeds dated 9.12.2004 and 19.10.2012. Later on, the petitioner was shocked to know that in the website maintained in the Taluk office, Survey No.1064/8 was wrongly shown as "0" patta. Therefore, when the petitioner enquired with the revenue officials, he was informed that the said land is classified as Government Poramboke land. Hence, he approached the Sub Collector by way of a representation, who has also passed an order rejecting the request of the petitioner in his order dated 15.3.2018. As against that, he has preferred a revision before the District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri and the same is pending from 17.10.2018.
