(Order of the Court was made by S.Tamilvanan, J) By consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Statutory Revision under Section 80(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act, filed on 29.04.2015. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that following the procedure, the respondents are taking action to demolish the residential building of the petitioner and he has also stated that he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
has filed a revision under Section 80(1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act that was filed on 29.04.2015 and the copy of the same was also available in the typed set of papers. 4.On the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we are of the view that to direct the first respondent to dispose of the revision. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision, preferred by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till orders are passed as directed above, status quo as on date shall be maintained by both the parties. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
