This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction for speedy disposal of the Calender Case in C.C.No.282 of 2022 pending on the file of the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai District, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of C.C.No.282 of 2022, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
