CMP No.7897 of 2018 in CMA (SR) No.24636 of 2018 R.MAHADEVAN, J.

This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / claimant seeking to condone the delay of 632 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard both sides. The learned standing counsel for the respondent / Transport Corporation stated No Objection in ordering this petition.

3. Therefore, having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 632 days in filing the above Appeal is condoned subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner / appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- as costs to the "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai" on or before 10.12.2019; and (ii) The petitioner / appellant / claimant is not entitled to any interest for the default period, in the event of succeeding in the Appeal.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
