ORDER

This Court, while disposing the writ petition in W.P.No.35319 of 2016, by order dated 05.10.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner

alleging non-compliance of the order dated 05.10.2016 passed by this Court. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
