The Criminal Appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the judgment of acquittal under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act in Crl.A.No.39 of 2006 by reversing the judgment of conviction passed in C.C.No.467 of 2003.
2.This appeal is of the year 2007. There is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Even though the matter was adjourned for several hearings and notice was ordered, but it was not served. In https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
such circumstances, I am of the view that no purpose will be served in keeping the appeal pending. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
