ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2015 and to file final report within a stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 17.06.2015 to the respondent by post.
4.The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 17.06.2015 along with Wound Certificate to the respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
