The respondent, in this Contempt Petition, filed a Sub-Application, with a prayer to re-call the warrant issued against him on 22.11.2016, consequent to his nonappearance. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the entire amount due to the petitioner has already been paid.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confirmed the said factual position.

In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, and the appearance of the contemner before this Court, the order, dated 22.11.2016, directing the Police to produce the contemner is re-called. The Sub Application is allowed.
