C.M.P.Nos.7725, 7728 and 7735 of 2019 in S.A.No.1262 of 1995 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., According to the petitioners, their counsel had received the letter from the counsel for the respondent on 16.12.2018 and in the said letter, it was informed that the third respondent died on 23.11.2010 and before that, they had no knowledge about the death of the third respondent and hence immediately, they have filed the petition to bring the LRs of the third respondent on record with the petition to set aside the abatement and also to condone the delay in filing petition to set aside the abatement.

2. Already, the learned counsel for the respondents 1,2 and 7 to 10 has made an endorsement that he has no objection for allowing these applications.

3. Today, Mr.J.Hariharan has filed Vakalat for the respondents 11 to 13 and made an endorsement that he has no objection for allowing these applications. Hence, these applications are allowed.
