(CRIME NO. 274 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that this petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m until further orders by this Court in Crl.MP.No.7878/2020 in Crl.OP.No.9341/2020 dated 16.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABDUL BASITH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7878 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9341 of 2020.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
