This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 184 days in filing the above TCA.SR.No.42035 of 2018.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the no objection expressed on the side of the respondent, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
