Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction revised pension to the petitioner and all other admissible retirement benefits together with interest at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of the petitioner retirement and to sanction selection grade scale of pay in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher from 01.06.1998 and other service benefits which are admissible to the petitioner under the Rules. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to sanction revised pension to the petitioner and all other admissible retirement benefits together with interest at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of the petitioner retirement and to sanction selection grade scale of pay in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher from 01.06.1998 and other service benefits which are admissible to the petitioner under the Rules.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced an order passed by the third respondent dated 08.06.2020. Accordingly, the petitioner's pension was revised and he was paid arrears of pension for the period from 01.01.2007 to 31.05.2020.
