Seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.1339 of 2013, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.1339 of 2013 for offence under Section 381 IPC, has been registered before the respondent.
