This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 23.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28779 of 2023 to report before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, everyday at 10.30 a.m., till the date of committal and thereafter, appear before the Committal Court, everyday at 10.30 a.m., till examination of injured witness and thereafter during the Court hearing dates.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the date of committal.
